Automatically Trigger Tasks in Service Catalog
I'm new to Servicedesk Plus and i'm not able to set "Trigger Tasks" to "automatically". Switches allways back to "Manually".
Can anyone help? Wait since 3 days for an answer from support - hear nothing from them :(
