automatically open tickets from opmanager
hello,
is there a document or set of instructions that I can use to test for issues/alarms in opmanager to be able to send an email/sms alert as well as to be able to open a ticket automatically from servicedesk?
also, is there an email address that I can use to be able to send to, to again be able to automatically open ticket requests in servicedesk?
