Automatically fill fields from an email?
Sorry if this has been asked a lot, I did not find a recent post about it...
Is it possible to fill out a field based on the text in an email? For instance, the user fills out a form with a location and date/time, and have that information automatically entered into a custom or default field in Service Desk Plus?
