Automatically closing requests after a period of inactivity.
Hi all,
I've read posts on here that are almost what I'm looking for but they don't quite get the cigar.
I'd like to automatically send out a notification to both the requester and the tech that the request has been inactive for however long and that it will be automatically closed unless its updated.
Is this possible?
