Automatically close ticket/incident if ticket open for long period on-hold?
Hi
I've configured a custom status of "Awaiting Response from User" which stops the timer until they respond by email or by self-service.
We have a large number of users who will never respond despite prompting.
Is there a way we can automatically close/resolve a ticket if this status remains for say 14 days with no response?
