Automatic Update of Chassis Details?
It looks like DE is not able to collect Chassis Details for a lot of Cisco devices. It manages to take the backup and so forth but the info under the hardware properties tab are all blank. Is there a way to solve that? Update mib-files...?
I also have the impression that I have to delete the device and add it again in order for DE to scan for Chassis Details. Is there a way to re-scan a device without deleting it?
