Automatic refresh

I am having a problem that I think is very easy to be solved. I need to set Automatic refresh for 1 minute and also need to set the time out session to never expires. A simple change into the interface of Automatic refresh will do the magic. It is a question of having a check box instead of option boxes (of course the text of each option will have to be changed to). A suggestion would be just one check box with automatic refresh option that will enable the user to input the time in minutes if checked. The Time out session should not be an option or check component but just a dropdown list (with the same values that already exists) and its default value set to the first one on the list.
I think this will solve my problem since I really need to have OPMANAGER console up all the time. My OPMANAGER console is being used as a control panel.
Is there any other way to achieve the results I am looking for ?
