Automatic Patch Managment Failed

Automatic Patch Managment Failed


Good morning
I recently noticed that my automatic patch deployment has started to fail it comes back with an error OfficeUpdateError: Patch already installed. 
My database is in sync  and i have been leting manage engine deploy the patches
