Automatic mail reply icon colors change to different color?
Hello,
There a way to change the default mail icon colors for automatic replies ?
I now cant say, looking at the main ticket view, if a reply was a automatic reply or a reply followup from a technician.
would be handy if the auto replies got a different color other than the replies from technicians.
