Automatic functions in Task templates

Hi!

We are running SDP on prem, 14201, pgsql.

I would like to know if, and how, to automate a couple of things in Tasks. In this case we have an Offboarding process in the shape of a Request template with several associated Tasks.

The Offboard Request template is applied to the request through a Business rule.

What I would like to automate is this:

When the request is created the "Scheduled Start" date will be set based on a date in the description.
At the same time as above, "Notify before scheduled start", gets set to 15 minutes on all Tasks. (or better, could ME change this default to 15 minutes like you did with the regular Reminder in Requests?)
When the request is picked up or assigned to a technician all Tasks gets assigned to the same technician.

I am greatful for any help on one or more of the listed wishes above.
