Automatic email to notify users of scheduled downtime

Automatic email to notify users of scheduled downtime

When you schedule an outage in Applications Manager Downtime Scheduler (Admin -> Downtime Schedules -> New Schedule), we want an email to be automatically sent out notifiying users of the planned outage.  Is there a feature in Applications Manager that provides this functionality?
