Automatic Change Status to RESOLVED

Automatic Change Status to RESOLVED

Hello SCP support, 

in all SCP version (also in 7.7) is not possible to automate the change status "RESOLVED" with the insert solution into ticket.

Have you any suggestion to automate it ? 

The support Reps users, need this feature in order to distinct the resolved status from  Closed status , but automatically and not manually.
