Automated User Creation

Before the update to 7185, the automations worked just fine. Has anything been changed in the way how the ADManager reads the "accountExpires" attribute? We always had it like this "12-31-2023". I also tried different date formats in the CSV file but nothing worked....
Is this a known bug since 7185?
Since update 7185 (also in 7186 this does not work) our automations that create users from CSV files do not work anymore. The error message is as follows: "Some of the values specified for account expires are invalid".
