Team, is it possible to automate FCR option on requests? For example - if request is closed without any kind of interaction with requestor (request do not include reply/response, or notes - only have Resolution added), to automatically mark FCR option on that request?

Or if you have any other suggestion how to automate FCR option, suggestion is more than welcome!
