Hi, 

I am using servicedesk plus cloud and I want to know if it is possible to automate the approval process in a request.

The behaviour I expect is like this:

-User generates a request from service catalog

-This request needs the approval of a manager, already configured in the Organization Roles. User is set for a department and this department is set with an approver.

-The request after is created triggers automatically the request for the approver and the request status sets to "Pending approval"

-After request is approved, it is automatically assigned to technician and request status changes to "In progress"

-Eventually if request is not approved, request status changes to "closed"

Is this possible?
