Autoclose Request Option Breaks SDP App in build 7018

Hi all,

I've just had to have a remote session with Adventnet to get my system back up and running.

The request closing process under Admin/Helpdesk Customizer/Request Closing rules must be set to manual or you will end up with a system that you can't use. It slows the system to a halt and you can't access the requests tab at all.

I have been informed a fix is being worked on and would like to thank Adventnet for a prompt response to my reporting the issue via my UK supplier (Networks Unlimited) as we were back up and running within about 45 mins of reporting the issue.

This seems to have been working fine under build 7015 and I went up to 7018 so it's been introduced in 7016 (no thanks!), 7017 or 7018.

It's probably the same issue as:

Wed Jul 09, 2008 12:05 pm - it doesn't look as though the issue related to the 'auto close' feature has been corrected. This issue should be documented in ticket id 6072218.



I think I'm going to be updating my testing procedures in future and not ever trusting a release on day one again.
