Can you auto assign technicians based on technician group or ticket category?
I have some tickets that on specific categories should only be assigned to specific technicians, some categories should be assigned to two or three technicians. Can I have a load balancing assignment on those categories?
Or if I set the technician group on specific category, will autoassign load-balance the technicians of the assigned group?
I would like someone to clarify how autoassign would work with assigned tech groups.
