Auto update support logs via email fields?

Auto update support logs via email fields?

Hi,

I asked this one a while ago.....

Is it possible for an email to fill more fields on a support request. Currently we have most of our requests coming in via email but would like to post from our own website of give options in an email that would then auto update fields on the support request form. For instance:

[category="Workshop"]
[product="Navigator"]

etc
