auto-reply with link to request
How can I include a link to the request in the auto-reply emails? Maybe this is possible but I just haven't found it yet.
Basically, "your request #NNN has been received, please check its status here http://helpdesk/WorkOrder.do?woMode=viewWO&woID=NNN"
Somewhat related, is it possible to restrict who can view a request (to the requester and technicians?) in case there is passwords or other sensitive information in the request?
