Auto reply assigned technican to the user

Auto reply assigned technican to the user

Hi,

Haven't have time to when through the forum and this question may be answered already.

Do any one know how to setup this requirement:

Normally, all the email request is in "Unassigned" status, is there a way to auto reply to the Requester when their request has been assigned to the technician, which mean they will got the notification who will handling their request.
