[SDF-102542] Auto remove CC values from replies
We are having an issue where a technician is not noticing some of the CC email addresses and they are being emailed to the wrong people.
It would be nice to have some control in SDP like a button in admin to 'turn off auto populate CC field'. Or if there was a rule or a way to stop that auto population of the CC field.
