Hi,

Is there a way where the Tool can auto populate the Technician Assignment field as soon as any of the Personnel accepts the Ticket? There should be an automated mechanism from the Tool that will automatically populate the Technician Field once Ticket is accepted instead of manually inputting the Technician's name on it.
