Hi all,
we are getting automated Tickets from our Zabbix system by Webhook.
Problem = Subject: "Problem: hostname - defender not active"
Resolved = Subject: "Resolved: hostname - defender not active"
Now we want to merge these two Requests created automatically when hostname (or all part of subject since hostname word) is identical (to decrease load of Technicians).
I found solution on PitStop but all concering to On-premises SDP.
Any help is appreciated :)
