Is it possible to automatically have reminders created based on pre-submitted information.
For example, we have a joiners/leavers process.
For Leavers, I would like a reminder to be sent on on the morning of the person leaving so that we can ensure accounts are disabled. I would also liket o have another reminder sent out 2 weeks after they have left so that we can then delete the disabled accounts.
I have a template using Scheduled Start Time and End Time which are both mandatory so by having the Start Time as the day they leave, this can be used to send out the reminder to disable accounts. Same with the End Time for when they can be deleted.
