The service Desk that I manage, looks after multiple businesses and brands, and we receive lots of returned items to the service desk, we have tried to get users to start putting ticket numbers on the packaging of returned items, and marking for the attention of the analyst dealing, with limited success.
We send out an templated email with the ticket numbers etc, and this sometimes works.
Is there a way, that we could generate a PDF shipping document, either automatically, or at the touch of a button, that user can just print off, and attach to the outside of the box?
