I just found several hundred requests that go back over 3+ years that are RESOLVED but not CLOSED. We have the 'auto-close' set to 7 days and it works on most tickets. The commonality in these is that they were COPIED from another request (apparently according to History). So it looks like auto-close doesn't run against request created via copy. 

A. is this a known issue?

B. Is there a fix?
