Hi, looking for some guidance on something - I want to create an automation trigger with a custom action. I would like to be able to trigger an email to send to the requester and auto closure of a specific service request template.
To put the forum in the picture - We are getting lots of tickets raised regarding a password reset request for a system that we don't support. All we do is advise the requesters that they need to contact HR and then we close the ticket down. It would be great if I could create a custom action to script the ticket to send the email and close down the ticket. I understand how it can all work but the script required is way over my head. Is anyone on here a Deluge expert and able to create one for me?
