Auto-assign tickets to group based on site

I didn't see this posted elsewhere, but please feel free to point me in the right direction if it has...

I would like to auto-assign tickets to Support Groups based on the Site. We have multiple sites around the world who are supported by local technicians. If we can automatically route the tickets to them it would reduce turnaround time for resolution and save us significant time dispatching tickets.

Can this be done?
