Auto assign Tasks
Hi Team,
We have created a Request Template and added a bunch of tasks to it.
We would really like it if when the request is raised using this template that the tasks are just assigned to the same technician who has the request assigned to them.
Is this currently possible?
If not, is it something that could be included in the future?
Perhaps a check box on the template that says auto-assign tasks, as in some instances you would not want this.
