Auto assign requests to one User that are assigned to specific group
Good afternoon!
Is it possible via the business rules to have a request automatically be assigned to a User when that request is moved into their group? Or do business rules only apply for new tickets?
IE, request comes into the Help Desk queue. This request is for our EPMO team and moved to their queue. Ideally, it would then automatically assign to the single User working these requests.
