I am wondering if there is a script to auto close or assign tickets to a certain tech based off of who it comes from? We have certain tickets that are always assigned to certain techs and at times we receive advertisement emails that auto generate tickets that we need to close. Just looking to get a script to set up a custom trigger to auto assign any tickets we know will go to certain techs or close ones we do nothing with. For reference we use Powershell on our servers.
