Auto Assign Only my users tickets

Auto Assign Only my users tickets

I am a manager and I have several users and I play the role of a technician.
The scenario is: when these few users register tickets, I have to receive them and after the changes, refer the tickets to another technicians.
How can I get tickets just for these users directly? (Only tickets of these users)
