We should have an option where we can configure the system configuration in such a way to restrict system to send an Auto acknowledgement only on Email requests, and we should have an option in the system where we can restrict system not to send notification where support team email id is kept under CC or BCC.

I think this can be done if we have an option of CC & BCC rule in notification define rule “Don’t Send notifications matching certain Criteria"
