Authentication Errors in Build 5504
I am experiencing this same Authentication Error issue in the latest build (5504), that was discussed in a thread earlier (and was fixed using AdventNet_ManageEngine_OpManager_5_SP-0_6_2.ppm ). The behaviour and test results are exactly the same ... it behaves like the SNMP community string 'public' is hard wired into the code somewhere. Any suggestions ... what has changed about connection to the MySQL database from the earlier release, I am no longer able to connect as previously, would you provide me the new connection details ... so I can confirm SNMP community strings are being correctly saved?
