Audit Section has no logs inside web panel

Audit Section has no logs inside web panel

Hi,
installed trial version of PMP 10.3 (latest version downloaded from ME website).
Patched windows completely.
PMP prerequirements installed (.Net and C++ redis).
resource discovery works, account discovery works. but there are two problems:
1- Audti section has no logs and top 3 check boxes in Audit Actions > Configure resource Audit is not  selected. when i select and hit save everything seems normal. but if i open it again i can see thoses 3 checkboxes are unchecked again. i checked multiple browsers, Private browsing, clearing cache, reinstall, windows full patching, installing inside domain, installing out of domain. non of thoses worked and Audit section is empty. how ever if i intalls in on  a fresh windows server 2012 R2 install without any windows patch it works. after upgrading it doesn't.
2- after sharing a domain resource with a domain user i try to log in using the domain user to check the access to shared resource. using a domain account it works. using a local user it works. using curently logged on user a new tab opens to start the session but it gets redirected to the PMP panel again.
