let's put them in numbers so you understand my problem

I have 400 workstations, auditplus says I have 400 active licenses, but when I go to where I see my workstation I only have 180 active (green icon) assuming it is a license, I have 220 (red icon) unlicensed but it still says I have my 400 licenses in use, I can't activate new workstations (licenses) even if they are turned off because it says I have all my licenses in use without it being true
