We have recently become aware of the start-up failures affecting users of Password Manager Pro builds prior to version 12000. This issue stems from certificate expiration problems for users beyond build 12000.
The Start-Up error indicates the following in the Wrapper log:
INFO | jvm 1 | 2024/04/08 12:40:13 | java.lang.Exception: Exception during getConnection from pool Exception occurred during get connection from datasource.
If you are encountering this start-up issue and are using Password Manager Pro with a build version preceding 12000, we urge you to reach out to our support team(passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com) for guidance and resolution.
Important Note:
We strongly advise all users to upgrade to the latest Password Manager Pro installation i.e., 12420 to ensure a secure and reliable environment.
