On the recommendation of your phone support

I am attempting to establish a default password for all requester accounts.

Active directory authentication is not an option at this time due to the use of smartcards for login



To establish the default password I was instructed to export my user list to a CSV file.

I've done this.

I've added a default password column. this column contains the default password value of 'help'

SD+ does not change the password when the import is executed.


Also it appears that I am now unable to sync my user list with active directory at all. I attempted to nullify my changes by reverting back to my active directory import but was unable to import any information.

I've been fighting with your software trying to get very basic functions to work for a couple weeks now without success. I am continually promised that the next update will fix the problem. On the RARE occasion that the update fixes the issue it breaks some other feature. I am very displeased with the support received and this is all being noted for when it comes time to renew our subscription next year.

I expect a timely response to the above issues please.

I attempted to obtain a query similar to the admin password reset query, but to apply to all user accounts. I was informed that it would be impossible. I have a hard time believing that I am the first person to require a default password.
