Hi,

I created a new solution template, with an attachment.

When i'm resolving a request, going by "search solution", and "copy to resolution", the attachment will not appear in my resolution field .... There is only the description of the solution template, but not the attachment.

The only way to give to a requester a resolution with an attachment, both at same time, is copying the url of solution template directly in the resolution field of the request, like that the requester click on the link and going directly to the solution template with description + attachment.

Is it possible to have it appearing in resolution at same time of the description, when doing a resolution by this way ?
