attachments, language and browser problems

-We still have a problem with attachments in request, sometimes they disappearing sometimes users cant open them, result is the same ...
-There is no Polish language in ver 6500 :
-There is a problem In IE 6&7 when trying to enter text with polish letters with combination left "alt+l"(L) and "alt+e" cursor goes in position justify left and justify center instead of entering proper letter
