Attachment to solution
Hi
I�m really new to this so I guess you can call this a newbie question.
Is it possible to attach a file to a solution that you add?
Lets say that you have a picture with a printscreen which explains the solution better then if you should write it down in a lot of text..
Then it would be perfect to add this picture to the solution.
I think this would be a exellent feature (if it isn�t alreade in the ServiceDesk Plus)
