Attachment Rule
Hi,
Is there any script or rule that can be applied that prevents a request being raised that does not contain an attachment ?
We have some ITSR's that we have but quite a few require a template to be attached and it would be good if we could prevent these being raised unless they actually attach something.
Any ideas ?
