Hi team,
I upgraded SDP to build 13010 yesterday and since then we see that certain attachment file types are not being included in tickets. So far I could discern that filetypes .xls, .xlsx, .txt are not being included in tickets.
.doc, .docx, .jpg, ... are still included.
Looking in the SDP admin center our file attachment "settings" are set to exclude certain file types and include all others that are not defined in the table. The aforementioned file types are not in the exclude table but still we aren't getting the attachments.
I noticed this when I wanted to add .txt files to a ticket and a fellow colleague tried to send .xls files.
