attachment, while replying to requester
Hi
i have some query regarding attachment while replying to Requester.
I want to attach the same attachment requester submitted. but, by default, there are no attachments.
i can achieve this using forward option. but, if i forward the request, i cannot see any record of it ini the request history.
Pls advice whether any option available for above.
