Attaching file using the Solutions | workaround area of a problem later gives 404 error upon trying to download file.
Attaching file using the Solutions | workaround area of a problem later gives 404 error upon trying to download file.
This seems to be a Service Desk + bug.
A workaround is to attach the zip file to main problem tab area of a PR. .. or to a task or the PR.
Do other people encounter this issue ?
