When Desktop Central works, it's fantastic, but I find that 90% of the time, it just doesn't work and the chat now staff it 100% incapable of actually solving any issues.

My main problem is that when I push software (mind you, this software works fine when I manually install the msi on my machine), I either get a vague error message "fatal error" or I get a "succeeded" status and yet, when I go to the target machine, the software isn't installed. I've opened multiple support tickets on this, included my logs (which are a huge pain to gather), I send the logs, I hear nothing for days, finally when I hear something it's "when will you be uploading the logs?" I explain that I already did and then I either hear nothing back or I'm asked to do a manual install on the machine (which I've already tried and it worked fine) and the whole thing goes nowhere.

So I've given up on their support and I hope the community can share some insight. I package the software using Emco MSI builder and I'm on build 91113 (yes, I know there's a slightly newer version, but updating the server never results in these issues being fixed). I push the MSI using the attached parameters and, like I said, I either get a generic error message or a succeeded false positive. Hoping somebody can help. Let me know if any further info is needed.
