 I'm currently trying to associate a solution to a problem.
 However under problems, I only have the option to add (Not really an option, more a dictation).
 Kinda pointless as I already have an approved solution.

 

 So what the application is asking is for me to add a new solution, even though I already have one.

 Makes sense?

 

 Or is there a setting I've missed? Anyway I can work around this?
