Associating a monitor with a group
I choose to Associate a monitor with a group, choose a sub-set from the combo box, selected a monitor and clicked the Associate button. This correctly associated the monitor with my group.
However, now the combo box is missing and I can't re-associate a new monitor without going back to the group, and clicking the associate link again.
The combo box should still show up so I can choose a different sub-group.
