Associate Service Request -> You are not authorized to perform this action.
In ServiceDesk Plus, purchase orders can be created but cannot be associated with a service request. "Associate Service Requests" is in the Actions drop-down menu but attempts to use it result in "You are not authorized to perform this action."
My account is an
SDAdmin and a purchaser.
Have I made a simple mistake in configuring Purchasing?
