Associate automatic task in new request

Is it possible to associate a default task template with requests generated by a requester on Servicedesk Plus?
I've already created the task template, but it needs to be generated or associated automatically when a request is created.
I tried to look at the lifecycle, but I don't think it's possible to associate a task when opening a ticket.
Does anyone have any ideas, please?
